Your Kitchen Project From Start to Finish…
At our first meeting, we will talk in depth with you about how you envision your finished area to look. We want to know your "wish list" and learn of all the things you do and don't want included in your space. Since this meeting takes place at your location, we will take detailed measurements that will be needed to begin the design and drawing process. We will also bring brochures of our cabinetry lines that we feel will be a good match for your project.
After this initial meeting, we come back to our office and begin the design phase. Computer drawings are produced showing the floor plan and elevations of each wall pertinent to your project. We will also determine an estimated cost of the cabinetry. In order to move forward with this part of the design process, a flat fee of $500.00 will be charged to cover all drawing and design time. This fee will be credited to your project if you choose to continue with Olde Towne Kitchens.
At the second meeting, you will come into our showroom for the initial design presentation. We will review the drawings in detail and discuss any changes that need to be made. We will also review finish samples and any appropriate door samples that will assist you in making your finish selection. A preliminary pricing estimate for your cabinetry will also be given.
At that time, if any revisions need to be made to the drawings and/or pricing estimate they will be done at our office. Once final changes are made and approved, a Contract will be issued and signed by both you and Olde Towne Kitchens. A total of 50% of the cabinetry cost will be required upon order placement. The balance will be due prior to cabinet delivery, less a final amount that will be paid upon final punch-list and walk-thru.
Olde Towne Kitchens will provide professional installation for your cabinetry. These installers have worked with us in the past and are familiar with both us and the cabinetry lines we represent. We will work in conjunction with them and coordinate delivery and installation of your cabinets. An installation estimate will be included in your preliminary pricing.
All design services relative to the design and layout of your cabinetry are included in the Contract Price. Olde Towne Kitchens will also be happy to assist with the following design services:
appliance selection
countertop selection
flooring selection
lighting plan
paint finishes
tile and/or backsplash selection
